Warner Corporate Center, a $75-million, 12-story office building by LAMCO of Torrance, has been completed at Victory Boulevard and Canoga Avenue, Woodland Hills.
Located in the heart of Warner Center--which has replaced Encino as the San Fernando Valley’s largest office market--the 251,840-square-foot building is 70% leased, according to David Gaulton of LAMCO.
McDonald’s Corp. has signed a 10-year, $8.7-million lease for 27,800 square feet of space on the sixth and eighth floors, he said. The fast-food restaurant chain will relocate its regional headquarters to the building in the fall, moving from 10960 Wilshire Blvd., Westwood.
Beitler Commercial Real Estate Services, Sherman Oaks, represented LAMCO, and Royal LePage, Chicago, represented McDonald’s. The building was designed by the Nadel Partnership and was built by McCormick Construction.
