Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles, has named three people to newly created vice president positions. Thomas M. Priselac, previously senior vice president-operations, has been named executive vice president. Ronald L. Wise, previously director of public relations, has been named vice president-public relations. Ash Dave, previously administrator of information services and director of technology planning, has been named vice president-information systems services.
