28 Die in China Sinking

BEIJING — A pleasure boat with more than 40 people aboard capsized on the River Nu in China’s southern province of Yunnan, and 28 people are feared dead, state radio said Friday. Two bodies were recovered, 26 people are missing and 16 were rescued, the radio added.
