Fresh from punching up the Emmy Awards telecast, “Saturday Night Live” producer Lorne Michaels is now putting the final touches on “The Hard Rock Cafe Live!” Coca-Cola Co. is sponsoring the hourlong NBC special, which airs Tuesday at 10 p.m. The host: Dan Akyroyd (who’ll also perform with the reconstituted Blues Brothers). The guests: INXS, John Cougar Mellencamp, Paul Simon, Ziggy Marley and (still tentative) 10,000 Maniacs.
