Two people were wounded late Tuesday in a drive-by shooting at 5109 Imperial Ave., San Diego police said.
Brian K. Hunter, 20, of San Diego and Ray Magee, 17, of Spring Valley, were taken to UC San Diego Medical Center by Life Flight helicopter after the shooting, which occurred at 8 p.m., police said.
Hunter was injured in the buttocks by a bullet, and Magee was shot in the left hip, police said.
Police said Hunter and Magee were sitting in their car on Imperial Avenue when a white Cadillac sped by and someone in the vehicle shot them with a handgun.
