John Hohener was named to the newly created position of controller for Smartflex Systems, a joint venture of Silicon Systems in Tustin, and Rogers Corp. in Rogers, Conn. Previously, Hohener held various management positions in the finance department of Silicon Systems, most recently as director of corporate accounting. Smartflex produces a value-added product by combining assemblies of integrated circuits made by Silicon with flexible interconnections from Rogers.
