Barb Kirch and Mara Keggi won the women’s pairs without coxswain trials at Mercerville, N.J., to qualify for the U.S. Olympic rowing team.
Kirch, 30, of Philadelphia, and Keggi, 28, of Boston, rowed the 2,000-meter course on Mercer Lake in 7:37.21.
Jennifer Scott and Pam Knapp were second at 7:41.70 and Jocelyn Kearing and Liese Hendrie were third at 7:45.51.
