A 98-yard touchdown run by freshman tailback Shawn Wills highlighted a UCLA football scrimmage at the Rose Bowl.
Other touchdowns were scored during the 90-play scrimmage by tight end Corwin Anthony, who hooked up with quarterback Bobby San Jose on a 75-yard touchdown pass play, and fullback Mark Estwick, who scored on a 1-yard run.
Troy Aikman, the Bruins’ starting quarterback, completed 8 of 13 passes for 94 yards, flanker Mike Farr caught 3 passes for 56 yards and tailback Eric Ball rushed for 46 yards on 8 carries.
