Naoaki Anzai has been named executive vice president of NKK America Inc., and general manager of the firm’s Los Angeles office. NKK is a steelmaker, new materials and heavy engineering and construction firm in Japan. Anzai replaces Michiya Maruiwa, who served in the posts for four years and has now returned to the firm’s Tokyo headquarters to manage a new overseas environmental plant marketing group.
