Bomb Injures 4; IRA Suspected

DUESSELDORF, West Germany — A bomb believed planted by the outlawed Irish Republican Army exploded Friday at the wall of a British army base, wounding three soldiers and a civilian, authorities said.
If the explosion that caused major damage at Roy Barracks is definitely linked to the IRA, it would be the group’s fourth attack on a British military target in three weeks.
