America’s Cup Races to Start Sept. 7

The San Diego Yacht Club and Sail America announced Friday that they had agreed with New Zealand’s Mercury Bay Boating Club to sail the America’s Cup races Sept. 7, 9 and 11 off San Diego.
Topics remaining to be discussed between the rivals include the number of races, the course configuration and certain racing rules.
