A Golf Tournament For Those a Cut Below

I still think there should be a golf tournament for those poor players such as Barry Jaeckel, who just can’t seem to make the cut.
I think we would see some good golf and also some smiling faces. Maybe if they had the feeling of being in the running once in a while, it would improve their chance of winning a tournament.
