Terrorist
I had a good laugh reading the explanation by Jorge G. Casteneda (Op-Ed Page, July 1) for Mexico releasing terrorist William Morales from prison. Not only are his arguments weak, they also border on being absurd. I suppose expecting Mexico to deal with the truth in any matter is too much to ask for.
