General Motors Corp. gave its approval for its Buick-Oldsmobile-Cadillac Group’s Flint, Mich., automotive division to go ahead with plans to sell its body assembly plant to the partnership of Ralph Vigliotti Realty Inc. and J. C. Miller Construction Co. for redevelopment. The terms of the sale were not disclosed. GM officials said the Flint automotive division will also lease about 500,000 square feet of the renovated facility for the division’s engineering complex. The project is scheduled to be completed by December, 1989.
