General Automation, an Anaheim-based computer maker, has expanded its board of directors to seven members by naming two new outside directors. They are Alexander W. Giles Jr., a partner in a New Jersey management consulting firm, and Michael J. O’Donnell, founder, chairman and president of EasTek Corp., a New Jersey electronics company.
