Gregory A. Parker has been named president of Benchmark Contractors in Costa Mesa. He succeeds Mark Benjamin, who becomes chairman. Benjamin is also president of Benchmark’s parent, Morley Group in Los Angeles. Parker had been executive vice president of Benchmark since January, 1987. Previously, he was vice president of Paramount Construction Management in Long Beach. Benchmark builds apartment, condominium and commercial projects in Orange, San Diego and Los Angeles counties.
