Norway’s Ingrid Kristiansen was upset in the women’s 3,000 meters, and Britain’s Colin Jackson set a national record in winning the men’s 110-meter high hurdles in the Girobank Games track meet at Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Scotland’s Liz McColgan, who was timed in 8:42.50, beat Kristiansen by about five meters. Jackson was timed in 13.23 seconds.
