Robert C. Corteway, 44, has been promoted to vice chairman and chief credit officer of Security Pacific National Bank and Security Pacific Corp., the Los Angeles-based bank holding company. Corteway, who has been with the bank since 1967, was previously an executive vice president for both operations.
