Robert Knutzen has been named president and chief executive officer of Diversified Real Estate Services, a consortium of companies organized to assist public and private entities with realty problems. Knutzen will be based in the firm’s Sherman Oaks office. The group also maintains a Berkeley office.

Warmington Homes, Costa Mesa, has promoted Vickie Perry to vice president of marketing. Perry will work with marketing consultants in market analysis research and new product development as well as supervise and coordinate the design and installation of sales offices and model homes.
