Cerritos High School Principal to Retire
Stanley O. Steddom, 61, principal of Cerritos High School, has announced his retirement, effective June 30. Steddom has been a principal in the ABC Unified School District for 22 years, starting at Artesia High School. Before that, he taught in the Whittier Union High School District and El Rancho Unified School District. He has a bachelor’s degree in German history from UC Berkeley and a master’s in general history from Cal State Long Beach. Steddom lives in La Habra. He is married and has three children.
