Ardsley Partners Buys 7.7% of Health Care Firm
Ardsley Partners, an investment firm, has acquired 7.7% of Occupational-Urgent Care Health Systems Inc. as an investment, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
New York-based Ardsley said it paid a total of $1.75 million for 320,500 common shares of Occupational based in Sacramento.
