Paragon Business Center’s Initial Phase Completed

The first phase of the $27-million, 28.4-acre Paragon Business Center has been completed in Ontario, according to Jeffrey B. Allen of the Paragon Group, developer with Cal Fed Income Properties.
When the remaining two phases are completed, the complex, bounded by Airport Drive, Milliken Avenue, Brickell and Dupont streets, will have more than 465,000 square feet and will be Paragon’s largest Southern California development to date, he said.
The first phase has 12 industrial buildings with 132,771 square feet, three multi-tenant industrial buildings with 58,396 square feet, and two multi-tenant retail buildings with 36,508 square feet.
