Sun Equities Buys More of Computer Memories
An investor group led by Sun Equities of Far Hills, N.J., increased its stake in Computer Memories to 27.3%, or 3.3 million shares.
The group told the Securities and Exchange Commission it bought 123,694 shares in the Chatsworth company from April 13 to May 20 for $1.62 to $1.81 a share.
Sun Equities is led by investor Paul O. Koether, who earlier this month was elected chairman of Computer Memories, a former maker of data storage equipment for personal computers.
