High School Tennis Playoffs : Harvard Advances to 1-A Tennis Final

Harvard High advanced to the Southern Section 1-A Division tennis final with a 10-8 semifinal victory over host Brentwood on Thursday.
Sam Salant, Harvard’s No. 1 singles player, won two of three sets for the Saracens (19-3).
Westlake 10, Foothill 8--Buddy Turl and Conrad Lai, Westlake’s No. 3 doubles team, rallied to win one of three sets and clinch the Warriors’ semifinal victory in the Southern Section 4-A match at Foothill.
El Camino Real 17, North Hollywood 12 1/2--Mark Sundahl and Oscar Picon each won four sets without a loss to lead the Conquistadores (11-4) to a quarterfinal victory in the City Section 4-A match at Pierce College.
