Winger to Develop Colton Business Park

Winger Development Co. in Torrance, plans to start construction this month on the $6.5-million Centerpoint Business Park in Colton.
Centerpoint, designed by Millard Archuleta Architects of Los Angeles/ Bakersfield, will include two 12,000-square-foot multi-tenant office and a 41,745 square-foot office-warehouse buildings in Phase 1; Phase 2 will have two multi-tenant office buildings. General contractor is Magnon Construction of Riverside.
