Zola Budd Is Caught Between the Political Rock and Hard Place

I find it very difficult to gather sympathy for Zola Budd on what seems to be a crusade by your publication on Zola’s behalf.

If this newspaper spent as much space for more deserving athletes in South Africa, those that must endure the apartheid regime, as opposed to supporting an athlete that accepts and continues to benefit from that nation’s support, then maybe you will gain some credibility as an unbiased newspaper.
