Coast RV Sells Assets of Vehicle Distribution Unit

Coast RV Inc. has purchased the assets of the recreational vehicle parts distribution business of Sunwest Wholesale Distributors MH & RV Inc. for $3.63 million, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Coast RV said it acquired the assets on April 1 by paying $2.65 million in cash, $775,000 by assuming trade payables and $200,000 in the form of a six-month promissory note.
Sunwest Wholesale, a private company, operates warehouse and distribution facilities in Salt Lake City and Phoenix, according to the filing. Based in San Jose, Coast RV distributes recreational vehicle parts.
