Charles H. Pistor, who retired Friday as chairman of troubled First RepublicBank Corp.’s flagship bank in Dallas, has been named chairman and chief executive of NorthPark National Bank, a small but profitable bank in an affluent area of Dallas. Pistor is also president of the American Bankers Assn.
