Mission Viejo Land Acquired

Bramalea California, a subsidiary of $4-billion Canadian-based Bramalea Ltd., has purchased 144 acres in Mission Viejo from the Mission Viejo Co. for $61.1 million.
The firm will build four residential developments totaling 1,002 houses and condominiums, as well as a park and school site. Model construction is scheduled to begin during summer.
The land is located at the southeast corner of Oso Parkway and Felipe Road.
