Money and law do most of the talking in the nine largest office buildings of the Irvine Business Complex--California’s third largest business district.
Financial firms make up 20% of the tenants, the largest single group. Law firms are next, with 16% of the total.
Real estate firms, computer and high-technology firms and insurance companies each account for 9%. Personnel and management recruiting firms make up 4.7%.
The study, conducted by the Irvine complex, reviewed the tenant mix of Century Centre, Brinderson Towers, Executive Park, Inwood Park, Jamboree Center, MacArthur Court, The Atrium, 2600 Michelson and Park Place--The Atrium Buildings.
