Food broker Kelley-Clarke Inc. has signed a lease for all of the 51,800 square feet of space in the first building to be completed in Diamond Bar’s $200-million Gateway Corporate Center.
Kelley-Clarke signed a 10-year lease valued at $6 million for the 2-story, 51,800-square-foot building in the 255-acre complex at the intersection of the Pomona (60) and Orange (57) freeways. About 275 sales and support personnel have moved into the complex from the former City of Industry facility.
The center, jointly developed by Zelman Development Co. and Copley Real Estate Advisors, is expected to have more than 1 million square feet of hotel, restaurant, retail and office space when completed in 1993.
