Quincy Watts of Taft High School in Woodland Hills, the best prep sprinter in the country, said he will attend USC, capping an outstanding recruiting year for the Trojans. USC also landed several of the area’s top baseball players, including pitcher-shortstop Scott Davison of Redondo, shortstop Royce Clayton of Playa del Rey St. Bernard, pitcher John Cummings of Anaheim Canyon and first basemen-outfielder Mike Robertson of Anaheim Servite.
