Robert J. Coleman has been appointed president and chief executive of PCHS/Preferred Care. Coleman previously was a senior vice president with Liberty National Bank and Security Pacific National Bank. Stephen Olsen has been appointed vice president and branch manager of PCHS/Preferred Care. Olsen was a clinical pharmacist for Queen of the Valley Hospital Pharmacy in Covina.
