The Neiman-Marcus Group Inc., a specialty retailer, has announced several organizational changes.
Ira Neimark, chairman and chief executive of the company’s Bergdorf Goodman subsidiary, will assume additional responsibilities as vice president-merchandise development for the Neiman-Marcus Group. Neimark will be responsible for the coordination of important resources that serve both Bergdorf Goodman and Neiman-Marcus stores.
Stephen C. Elkin, vice chairman and chief financial officer at Bergdorf Goodman, has been promoted to chief operating officer of that subsidiary.
Maurice Dembsky, who has been vice president-finance at Bergdorf Goodman, has been promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer, succeeding Elkin.
