Greenspan’s Idea to Trim Social Security Is Not the Way to Reduce Nation’s Budget

The overwhelming majority of the American people support the Social Security system, depend on it and don’t want it tampered with. Greenspan’s proposal really amounts to a suggestion that we mess with one of the few things that is working right in this country. This country needs and deserves better leadership in Washington.
