CSUN’s Zavatsky to Seek Transfer

Chris Zavatsky, a relief pitcher for the Cal State Northridge baseball team, has asked for a release from his scholarship and will seek a transfer to another school.

Zavatsky, a junior who transferred to Northridge from College of the Canyons, appeared in 11 games for the Matadors. He had no decisions, 1 save and an earned-run average of 6.35 in 11 innings.
