Financing Arranged for Westwood Complex
Permanent financing of $7.75 million has been arranged through California Federal Savings, Los Angeles, for the Westwood Dome Building, by the W. Ross Campbell Co. of Los Angeles.
The 32,853-square-foot retail and office complex owned by Paramount Securities Corp. is located in the heart of Westwood Village and its flagship store is Contempo Casuals, a subsidiary of Neiman-Marcus.
