LaRouche in German Eye Clinic
BOSTON — Lyndon LaRouche is in a West German clinic undergoing surgery for eye problems as his trial on fraud charges continues in federal court here, his defense attorney said today.
Attorney Olin Anderson said LaRouche entered the unidentified clinic March 10 and will be hospitalized five days for treatment of cataracts and myopia. LaRouche, several associates and many of his political organizations are in the 62nd day of a trial on charges that they defrauded contributors to LaRouche’s 1984 presidential campaign.
