Anaheim-based General Automation said it intends to acquire California Business Systems, a Costa Mesa software company, for an undisclosed sum.
California Business Systems specializes in software for businesses that rent construction equipment, scaffolding, party fixtures, furniture and home maintenance and improvement equipment. The Costa Mesa firm has been a reseller of General Automation’s line of business computers.
