NILS Publishing Acquires Canoga Park Printing Firm

NILS Publishing Co. in Chatsworth said it has acquired White Printing Co. of Canoga Park. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

For the last 10 years, most of White’s business has come from printing materials for NILS. White Printing has six employees.

NILS publishes state insurance laws and regulations that are purchased mostly by insurance companies. NILS, which has 115 employees, is a subsidiary of ABC Publishing, a division of Capital Cities/ABC Inc.
