The Koll Co. of Newport Beach completed two more buildings in the second, $16-million phase of what will eventually be a $200-million complex for high-technology companies at Irvine Spectrum. Koll is developing the project with an Irvine Co. unit. . . . BCE Development Inc., a unit of Canadian Bell, sold a pair of two-story flex-tech buildings totaling nearly 20,000 square feet in the Irvine Spectrum area to investor Carl L. Ensley for $1.4 million. Charles Dunn Co. represented Canadian Bell. . . . Paone, Genovese, Callahan, McHolm & Winton, a Newport Beach law firm, signed a 10-year, $2.5-million lease for the eighth floor of the 10-story Atrium 19100 tower on Von Karman Avenue in Irvine.
