Hope Airport
May I suggest renaming the Los Angeles International Airport in honor of one who has flown out hundreds of times to show our military, billeted around the world away from home and families, that America appreciates and cares?
Everyone dreams of being “home†for Christmas. So must an 84-year-old man who has many times earned the right to bask at his home fire, surrounded by his loved ones and the memories of the holiday cheer that he has given them and many military loved ones. He has given them hope. Who has clocked more air miles out of Los Angeles as a humanitarian? Wouldn’t it be fitting to have a Bob Hope Airport, and thank him for the memories?
