Walt Disney Co. paid a cash bonus of nearly $6 million to Chairman Michael D. Eisner during its last fiscal year on top of his $750,000 salary, according to a proxy mailed to Disney shareholders. In the previous year, Eisner received a total of $3.4 million. The second-highest paid officer, President Frank G. Wells, received nearly $3 million in bonuses on top of a $400,000 salary in 1987.
