Comedian Garry Shandling won’t be abandoning his gig as guest host on NBC’s “Tonight Show,” even though his half-hour sitcom, “It’s Garry Shandling’s Show,” will air March 6 on the Fox Broadcasting network (KTTV Channel 11 in Los Angeles). An NBC spokesman said Shandling still has about 15 more appearances on the “Tonight” show before his guest-hosting contract expires in August. Shandling’s show was rejected by all three major networks before Fox Broadcasting picked it up from Showtime.
