Beck Co. Obtains 196.3-acre Project for $18.25 Million

Beck Development Co., Stockton, has purchased 196.3 acres of the 278.5-acre Westwood Valley project in Rancho Bernardo from the Westwood Valley Partnership for $18.25 million.
The partnership, composed of R.B. McComic Inc. and Home Federal Savings Assn., both of San Diego, will retain control of the residential development. Construction is to begin in February.
