The Alison Co., a Newport Beach mortgage bank, secured a $12.9-million refinancing loan for the Town Center office and retail project in Laguna Niguel . . . SBD Properties of Santa Ana bought a 40,000-square-foot office building at 2670 N. Main St. for $6.9 million from Lowy Development Co. of Los Angeles. Coldwell Banker handled the transaction.
