Would-be Robber Toys With the Wrong Victim

BALTIMORE — A would-be robber armed with a toy pistol was arrested early Monday by his intended victim--an off-duty FBI agent.

When a 6-foot-2, 140-pound man pointed a handgun at her as she was walking home and demanded money, 5-foot-6, 110-pound agent Roberta Parker pulled her service revolver and arrested him. The suspect’s weapon turned out to be a toy.
