Why Run?
I cannot understand why all these people are trying to become President of the United States. Every economist predicts that there will be a recession in 1990 that will make the 1929 one look rosey. And just as in 1929 everyone blamed Hoover, so in 1990 the man who wins in 1988 will have to take the blame for the faulty administration that preceded his.
