Yugoslav Premier Ailing

BELGRADE, Yugoslavia — Premier Branko Mikulic was taken to Belgrade’s Military Hospital on Wednesday with a high fever, the state news agency Tanjug said. Tanjug said doctors ordered Mikulic, 59, kept under observation but gave no further details.
