Prince Norodom Sihanouk, Cambodian resistance leader, canceled a second round of peace talks in France with Cambodian Premier Hun Sen but offered to meet him in North Korea instead. An aide said Sihanouk wants the talks to be held at his residence in Pyongyang, North Korea, away from the press. Sihanouk and Hun Sen met Dec. 2-4 in a Paris suburb. They scheduled further rounds in France in January and North Korea in April. Since then, Sihanouk has reversed himself twice. He called off the meeting in France, rescheduled it, and now has changed it again.
